[After a certain post about a phoenix and his love of flowers, said phoenix is now getting his revenge. Because that is what Whitebeard pirates (arguably) do best.]

[Law, Marco, and Ace all appear to be a bit drunk, but to the well-trained eye, it's pretty clear that one of them is a lot more tipsy than the other two. And given who the other two are; they might be outright faking it.]

Aww don't worry Ace, you look great. Good enough to be one of Law's nurse's, eh?

[At which the evil pirate filming all this shows off Ace in the nurse uniform their father favored.]

[And Law chimes in!] I do think the leopard print is very flattering.

See? So relax, it's just us. [Wow, what a liar.]

[This kicks off quite the series of costumes. Some of which are meant to look good, others are more obviously meant as revenge.. At one point, the sneakiest of the trio gets in a picture of both Law and Ace and then a presumably tipsy Law wearing cat ears. Enjoy the show Luceti, and feel free to ask Marco what the hell is wrong with him, or to talk to either of the other two of course.]

Well, I wouldn't say that.

[He was generally sort of the designated driver in charge of keeping everyone from drawing marine attention or riling up too many other pirate crews, but he's been at this piracy thing for quite a long time.]

Thatch always had a knack for finding ways to get me in trouble. I'm still not sure what happened the night before I woke up on top of a chicken coop with a clown suit on. It doesn't help that it was a spring island.

[She laughs] I would rather it without the clown suit. [And while you process that, she continues] Though that is quite acceptable. I will just have to find your tolerance.

[Oho~]

That might be quite the challenge. My Pops was probably the biggest alcoholic ever. Even Shanks had a tough time keeping up. And that man would drink a third his body weight in one go. So I've had a lot of opportunity to get good at drinking.

[Oh but he's totally challenging you Robin. Care to come get him as drunk as you can?]

Hmm. That sounds like a an intriguing challenge nontheless.

[She's all for it.] I hope you don't come to regret it. [Except she does, if only a little bit]

I don't do things I regret. [Yay for being utterly shameless.]

So sure you want to be in the company of a drunk Whitebeard pirate however? After all, if I'm drinking you have to at least try to keep up.

Don't you? [ But she laughs. That's what she likes about you, you know]

And I'm afraid to drink or not to drink is a lady's prerogative.

Ah, all right, as long as you're around to take note of how wild I get or not. It's an old tradition with my father, to always drink in company, eh?

Of course. It's entirely too much fun to miss.

Oh, I guess that means I better not disappoint by getting sleepy or boring, eh. [Perfectly deadpan, as if that's even a possibility.]

As if that's even a possibility.

[She smiles]

But even if you do get sleepy, I can still have fun.

Eh? How ominous sounding. [Small grin of amusement.] Now I have double the reason to stay awake. As if I needed it.

Mm. But of course if I really wanted to get up to something, it wouldn't matter if you were either.

[Laughs.] Careful or my curiosity might just get the better of me, rather than serve as caution.

Curiosity did kill the cat. [And she smiles in a slow way] But I imagine he died quite satisfied.

I believe the satisfaction brought him back. That's why cats have nine lives, right?

So goes the saying. I suppose the real question now is, how many lives do you have left?

Hopefully enough to get through everything I want to.

And hopefully with some left overs for others, ne? [Because you might need a life or two]

[Small pause as he's trying not to think too much on that. What he'd give to be able to share them with others... oh well.]

Aye. You can never have too many lives.

Or at least one lived remarkably well.

Indeed, many would argue that's even preferable.

Mm. [This conversation has gotten rather pensive. Though it is late, she supposes. Late enough, anyway, to get some reading in before bed]
