[It's a bit of a gamble, going with it this way, but Japan's curious if Marco would enjoy this shift in power or not. He leans in close, hand grazing Marco's length before gripping rather firmly.]

No? [Begging can be exciting, though... He'll keep that as a thought, instead taking his time and thinking of how to best do this. He grips just a little harder, free hand taking the back of Marco's head as he kisses him forcefully.

When he's satisfied with that kiss, he only pulls away a fraction, thumbing over the tip as he watches his face.]

It is just that if Marco does not have something specific in mind and wish it with all of his heart, I will do what I please.

[So yes. It would be some kind of torture. But that's the point here.]

[Wherever Marco is sitting right now, Japan finds him and comes up from behind, sitting next to him a bit quietly. He does very pointedly look at him, though, working up the right words to say before he finally speaks.]

The weather has been quite stormy lately, hasn't it?

[Talking about the weather is typical awkward small talk. So it's clear he didn't really figure out what to say... Still he's staring at Marco with interest.]

[WELL... if he's going to be that much of a top, Marco might just have to. Damn, there's something intoxicating about seeing Japan like this, he thinks. He sucks in air, determined to keep his cool, but even that kind of motion sets off a few of the ropes. So there's a small trilling whistle after the kiss and Marco starts blushing. Someone's hand on his cock has never been able to cause that kind of effect on him before. But it's so intense with the ropes, that even the slightest touch makes him groan when Japan pulls away, and Marco tries to lean into the thumb without causing actual pain to himself. Fuck.]

Oh ahhhh all right, I definitely want to fuck you. With all my heart. [THAT HE IS SURE OF NOW. And oh hell, is he blushing? YUP he's blushing. Manly seme out the window.] Wh-what is it you please? [Tugs him into a one-armed hug and leans on him.]

I haven't been getting too sleepy, have I? [Since that tends to happen with cold or stormy periods especially after it starts to get warmer. And answering a question with a question, oops. Oh well, it means "yes it has." And he figures Japan can infer that easily enough.]

[He can't help but smile. It's calm and focused, but it's still a smile, and he shifts closer to kiss the corner of Marco's lips.]

Perhaps if I were in a different sort of mood I would torture Marco a bit more, but... ah, I do wish to see him happy.

[Don't worry though Marco you will still have a fair share of torture... By which I mean Japan moves back just a little bit and situates himself right in front of Marco. Kissing his jaw, his neck, his chest, all so slowly and breathing it in as he moves lower.

Eventually he ducks his head to take Marco in his mouth, barely any warning as he tries his best to play with the sensations of the ropes along with his tongue. As if that was just a taste, he pulls back after a moment and exhales lightly, breathing over the wetness.

His eyes scan upwards though, measuring.]

Is this good?

I do not think so. Marco has been quite busy lately, but it is nothing bad...

[With Japan just staying home more and more often, it's just something he's noticed. And he welcomes that lean, taking comfort in the closeness. What's he supposed to say? What does he want to say? These things are a lot harder to tell himself now that he's sitting here, so he winds up being stiffly silent.

But he's just so glad that this time he's sitting indoors in his room and it's not just him. That things are the same as always but he has someone he can come over and sit next to... Even if he doesn't talk about home, or his little thoughts that pile up all the time, he does get to talk every day about something and feel a connection with somebody he never thought he'd have.

There's a lot on his mind. But he's half not sure if it can be properly brought up. Maybe he should just think of something nice to do with Marco...]

[Laces a hand with Japan's to hold them comfortably together.]

You know I don't want to force you, but you should always feel free to talk to me, eh? And I can tell something's bothering you. You don't have to tell me what if you're not ready -- [Pets Japan's hair soothingly and snuggles slightly.] -- But always know that you can. I'm not the only one who cares about you either, if you ever find it's not something you can tell me personally; there are other people who'd be more than willing to listen or help out love.

Also I'm calling Amaterasu "Mom" now. Hope that's okay. [It's cheating to give Japan an easy out like that, but there's only so much pressure Marco can take, much less give. That way Japan could take the small out for now and think things over on how to address them; if he wanted to.]

[A smile slides onto his face at that mom comment. While normally he might react in embarrassment or surprise, he's grown quite used to Marco's gestures, and it's only... nice. And his smile isn't the most cheerful, but it's warm, and he moves his free hand to brush gently against Marco's face as he turns to look at him more directly. His fingers curl there and Japan gives him a nice, rather passionate kiss before pulling back.]

I know. [He pauses and drops that hand, though stays where he is.]

I still do not believe I deserve such a kind person. Ah... but that does not matter so much, now. Even if I do not deserve it... I enjoy this.

[Actually lets out a keening high-pitched whimper at that and mutely nods his head, not trusting himself to speak.

Is that good? That's fantastic... and so unfair, oh god. Japan looks so good and the domineering thing... from anyone else Marco wouldn't put up with it but from Japan he loves it. It's like a drug. He feels fuzzy and he can't collect his thoughts. There's so many new sensations and even things that have been done a hundred times have full new perspective. Not to mention, Marco has no clue how he's going to top this, but oh fuck, he doesn't care right now, just wants to enjoy it and watch and something.... He can't touch Japan or give any reciprocal sensations or direction, but with Japan... He trusts him so much that it's all right. Japan is the only other person Marco's ever been willing to accept orders from, so this was allowed to.

And it was freeing in its own way. He didn't have to work fifty times harder to make sure Japan was enjoying himself, just leave it up to the other man for now. So Marco nods again and meekly sucks in some air.]

Oh hell yes... Japan... ah Kiku... so good.

[Marco just grins in amusement at him.]

Bushido, you deserve far better than me, I'm just all I can offer. [Affectionately kisses his cheek.]

But I'm glad you enjoy it at least~

[He just still wishes he could do more =\ In spite of all that. But Japan's assurances that it's a lot help his confidence about it at least. That the little things are noticed and at least they count for enough for now.]

It is nearly the two year mark of my being here. Ah, it took some time for me to realize that, with how much time has actually passed for me, but...

[He moves to sit back a little further in his seat, but up straight, staring at his lap.]

Before, when I would sit in this room and think of home... There was no one to sit beside me.

[Awwww ;; it's so sad. And Marco reflexively moves to tug Japan into his lap, before realizing maybe Japan didn't want that. Oh well, tugging anyway so he can wraps his arms around his shoulders.]

And sometimes it doesn't even seem real that I could still be here? [That's a real question, not so much a guess, though he didn't mean to interrupt Japan's story.]

[It wasn't a story so much of a statement of what's on his mind. And while the tug is surprising, it's not unusual for Marco to do that, and so Japan isn't surprised. He just accepts it.]

Well... If we are like two sakura blossoms who somehow managed to fall together. Two that may separate at a breeze but return in a loop and end up side by side. Two that may, in the end, be together again...

The breezes are still something to consider.

[Tenses at the mention of separation, but lets it go with a relaxing breath, focusing on not being worried about it.]

So you believe me that I'll find a way to your world then?

Well... [He hopes? He trusts...]

I do not wish to believe anything other than that.

[Nips an ear affectionately.] I'll accept that for now.

[Squeezes Japan's hand.] Hey I want you to do me a favor though, eh?

Ah? What is that? [He holds that hand back though.]

[Giggle.] I was about to ask you the same thing!

If I do wind up leaving before you and one of my brothers shows up I want to leave them a message. You're nakama, and that's really important, so it'd be their job to look after you and vice versa, eh. And that way it'd help them to see a familiar face explaining this world and that it's not too dangerous or anything, and that there are friends here.

Cube and Flandre too. And Hong Kong. Flandre's my niece now and Cube's my little brother, so if anything does happen to me, then it'd fall to them, but that's a help in its own way too. [Nods.] Sort of a living will. Like Pops jacket I'd have you protect until I got back, that sort of thing. And that way even if I come back without remembering something, you can show me the video to jog my memories.

Hah, yeah really? You want to cook together?

[It makes him sad to think about... But he was sad to begin with, right?]

Like Ace had me set up for him? That sort of message? I have set up something similar for myself... [He pauses and leans back into Marco.]

I would do my best to tell them. Ah, and... tell Marco. I do not wish to lose these memories. [A pause.] So if I am the one who leaves first, Marco must promise similar things. To remind me if I come back without memories... To take care of Taiwan-san and Hong Kong-san.

But mostly I would like for Marco to promise that he will not be too sad while I am not somewhere to help.

[Nods about protecting Taiwan and Hong Kong.] Of course I will.

[But the next part has him as depressed as Japan and he squeezes him tightly, his voice extremely quiet to hold back a tremble.]

That's a very difficult promise, love.

[To not be sad without Japan? It nearly crushed him just the one week, and at the time he had Ace to drink with him. He wouldn't be able to stay in the apartment... but he'd go see Hong Kong just to make sure Hong Kong would make him eat. He closes his eyes and nudges Japan with his head.]

I promise to do my best and check in with someone to keep me from doing anything reckless.

[Argh, why was he so dependent on the people closest to him? It took Whitebeard ordering him for Marco to stay back, even though rushing ahead would have gotten himself killed and wouldn't have done any good. And after that he was able to keep his brothers together but without Shanks... really Marco's not sure what he would have done. Held together for the sake of his brothers right? But he didn't have his brothers here... no, that's not true. He has Cube and Hong Kong. So even here, he will not let himself fall apart, no matter what.]

But you have to promise to be safe then. Even if I'm gone, no dying. Get your chip out while I can take care of it and then don't get hurt. [Squeezes the hug tightly as though letting go means he'll lose Japan.] Promise me to do your best for that.
