[Maybe it's the fact that he's a bit ashamed, and they brought everything to this sort of halt. Or that the facts themselves are sad, or talking about it, or Marco realizing it and speaking like this... Maybe it was everything. Whatever it was, Japan was "open" enough to cry. It wasn't sobbing or noisy, and he was still face down in his arms, but there were tears and he might be shaking just a little.

It's clearest in his voice though.]

[Hugs even tighter and buries his face a little deeper. Japan crying just means Marco won't have to. [Switches the wings back and kisses hard. He can't handle this much emotional anything. He's bad with emotional things to begin with and it's been too much of a rollercoaster of late. [That's startling and catches him a bit off guard, but it's not unwelcome at all. In fact, maybe the fact that he got this off of his chest helps a bit, and once he's snapped out of the surprise he returns the kiss in a wave of force. He wraps his arms around Marco, letting himself be tugged forward.]

[Lets out a quiet moan against Japan's mouth and kisses more fervently, nipping very lightly. [He moans loudly at that, kissing deeper. The speed and the emotion only make it more thrilling for Japan, and he has to focus a little more to come up with the right words. They're spoken softly.]
