[A: Action has a ridiculously cheerful Marco wandering Luceti, actually walking, not flying. This is because he's walking his Pops' dog. A big white dog with a mustache on its face. The same crescent moon mustache that can be seen on Marco's tattoo. Well they say pets take after their owners...]

[Though I'm pretty sure that's not how it's meant.]

Fetch, Stefan!

[The dog barks and goes bounding after the white frisbee, only to stop as it hits the ground. What you expected him to catch it? Or actually fetch it? No. He gives Marco a quizzical stare instead, like what the hell is he supposed to do with it? Marco deadpans him right back.]

What, you were expecting this? [He holds up a white boomerang instead. And Stefan barks. With a small sigh Marco tosses it, fetches the fallen frisbee himself, and the dog goes racing after the boomerang. Including when it comes back to Marco, who just holds up a hand and catches it.] I don't know if you're just that lazy or he gave you bad habits, eh? [But Marco gives the dog a treat and an affectionate face rub anyway. Seems his Pops wasn't the only one giving him bad habits. In any case, feel free to spot him anywhere outside and stop and say hello or join him, both Marco and Stefan are quite friendly.]

[B. Voice: After fetching food for dinner (fish and mostly vegetarian things, sorry Robin, he's been cooking with Leanne in mind) and stopping to actually return books to the library instead of just stealing them indefinitely like the pirate he is, Marco lazily grabs a spot in the garden near the Straw Hat house.]

Hello Luceti.

I'm Captain Marco, of the Whitebeards, though there's really only me left of us here. I suppose that goes for a lot of the pirates left here, eh? In any case, if you're a lost new feather, give me a call, and I can come flying out there. And for everyone, I pose to you a question.

All worlds seem to have their own ways of preserving history, and some of burying it. In my own world, I think we go for the latter more often than not. Perhaps ironically, one of the strangest things about being a pirate is that we also uncover and preserve a lot of history. Accidentally, or because of treasure and legends. What one pirate might find to be treasure, the rest of the world might see as useless junk. My father was big on preserving history through stories. When you pass on legends, you keep them real in a way nothing solid can. So my question quite simply, is what do you or your worlds do to preserve history and stories? And what do you do if it's destroyed, eh?

[Hah no. Stefan wouldn't even know how to be aggressive. Or dangerous. This is not a dog that can fight. This is a dog that thinks it belongs on laps despite being bigger than a lot of the people in Luceti. This is because to Marco's family, he's basically a chihuahua.]

Ah, if you'd like. [Rubs the back of his neck, trying to figure out how to explain that his Pops' dog is an idiot while still defending him at the same time, yeah, he's got nothing.] They wouldn't bully him, right? He's kind of dense. My father's devil fruit was earthquakes, so he wanted a dog that wouldn't be fazed by rolling ground. So Stefan still can't get over things like... grass. Or trees. We don't have them out on the ocean, eh?

[ The ocean... Could it be that Marco is from Law's world? A world comprised mostly of oceans? ]

Oceans, huh? By any chance do you know... [ How did he say his name again? Trafagar? Trafargar? Maybe Kakashi will just stick with the easier part of his name. ] ...a "Law" by any chance?

[ He'll get back to the dogs in a minute. ]

Aye! He's the captain of the Heart pirates. Mah, it's a bit complicated to explain. He helped my little brother's little brother out of a tight spot. And saved Jinbe, one of my crew's allies, along with it.

Are you friends with Itachi as well then? [Since he can tell you're a ninja. Although sorry, dog fan or not, this still doesn't make you as cool as the ninja-pirate-doctor. But then no one is. Yup, Marco is a Law fanboy and hardcore Itatchi/Law shipper. And to think it started with Law fanboying Marco a little...]

[ And he'll leave it at that. He knows Itachi is in Luceti as well, though he hasn't had the opportunity to speak with the man just yet, and it appears Marco is quite friendly with him. Though he's not entirely sure why Marco asked about Itachi when they were talking about Law. Strange. Maybe it was the hitai-ate or something. Even if Itachi wears his with a line crossing out the Konoha insignia. ]

Anyway, yeah, I talked to Law over the journal when I first arrived. Nice guy.

Gotcha. [Marco's not too clear on the ninja politics, but we knows Itachi has his reasons for staying quiet even more than Law does.]

Ah, I see.... [He rubs the back of his neck. Damn, so it wasn't that Kakashi met Law through Itachi, annnnd he probably doesn't know about their association. WELP.] Have you been here long then? In Luceti, I mean.

They won't be too rough, right? We always kept him out of fights in the New World, because he's big, but the New World has monsters that make this world look like kittens.

[Gives a small whistle for Stefan to hold still for a bit, but the dog pays it little attention simply doing the same thing it was before.]

Mah, I wish I could say Stefan was well trained.

At least he doesn't usually jump off ships anymore. Not that it means much here.

[ He means, jumping off the cliff. ]

Anyway, one moment. Let me summon my pack.

[ With that, he forms a series of hand seals, then bites his thumb, bending down to press it against the ground. ]

Kuchiyose no Jutsu!

[ Through a poof of smoke, three dogs appear -- a pug, a Shiba Akita, and a mutt. They're dressed in cute little outfits, and the Shiba Inu is wearing a pair of sunglasses.

The pug looks a bit bored as he looks from Kakashi to Marco and Stefan, then holds up a paw and barks. ]

Pakkun, Bisuke, Akino, this is Marco-san and Stefan. Say hi.

[ The pack barks simultaneously. ]

Hello! [Waves to all three of them in amusement as Stefan barks in reply, quickly wagging his tail, but for the most part, still kind of an idiot in general.]
