[Even though Marco's showy, he's normally a bit more careful about avoiding displaying the blue flames. Still, there's a quick glimpse of him playing with them on his arm, clearly relieved to have his chip out, before noticing the camera is on and they go instantly out like a light.]

Hey Straw-Hat, how would you like to go flying? [There's a sneaky grin on his face, but he doesn't seem to mean throwing Luffy off a building at least.]

For everyone else out there, are there any flying monsters in this place? That or a dome cap people should beware of? If anyone knows, it'd be appreciated.

And Freckles, no worries, I'll bring your brother back in one piece, though probably not with One Piece. [Har. Har.]

[And this is Luffy running from the kitchen to find Marco.]

[Another laugh and picks him for better balance.] So I've heard.

[Woo! It's piggyback-on-the-Marco time!] Come on, come on! Let's gooooo!

[So much reminding him of Ace now and carries him out to find a good place to switch over to a phoenix.]

This might go without saying, but don't try to steer. And don't pull out my feathers. [They're fire and regenerate, but still, it's painful and annoying.]

[WOOO! Luffy nods enthusiastically. He's listening but only sort of.]

Okaaaay! Faster, faster Marcoooo! Let's fly already!

[Definitely laughing. SO much like Ace. And with that he's switching over into phoenix and spreading giant wings to start catching air, using the warmth from the flames as an added upswing.]

[And Luffy's looking every which way as the blue starts to appear in waves of gentle fire but just starts laughing and wraps his arms around Marco's neck. Luffy is already having a blast.]

[Grins back at him, switching full into phoenix and getting a running head start, shaking out ridiculously long tail feathers.]

[And there's just more laughing from him, but he does tighten his grip a little, just to make sure he doesn't fall off.]

[And just like that, Marco takes into lift off, flapping large wings to get higher and higher so he can catch a breeze and coast.]

WAAAHHOOOOO!!!!

[And Luffy lets go so he can sit up and stare around like an idiot. Hopefully he'll stay on.]

[Falling would be bad Luffy. Marco's taking in the city though. Harder to see at night, but still nice to have a bird's eye view to map the city with. So now he's flying up and over the city towards the lake.]

[He'll try not to! He's having too much fun enjoying the new perspective.]

Woooow.... so this is what it's like being a bird, huh, Marco?

[Nods cheerfully and gestures out at the skyline with a wing. Then whistles happily.]

[And that's why he took Luffy. Because flying is awesome!]

[And Marco is the coolest older brother figure ever. Luffy's never gonna want to go back inside at this rate.

...except he's losing his grip because he decided to hold onto his hat.]

[Doesn't notice right away, just circles over the lake, testing the winds off it. Of course more winds means more air trying to steal the hat.]

[There's a bit of frantic wiggling, and then--ohp... he fell...

Also he is screaming.]

[OH SHIT! And that would be Marco diving as fast as he can after him to at least try to catch him in talons.]

[And he attempts to gomu-gomu his way back but--orite, he's still chipped!--so there's just more falling until he hits the lake's surface.]
